From Drawings to Steel: Final Assembly of Our BEV Cab-Chassis
We’re excited to share a major milestone Bigger Energizer in 2025.
The assembly of our battery-electric cab chassis, purpose-designed for Australian waste collection applications, is now complete. With the vehicle officially off the production line, we are moving straight into internal testing and validation at the manufacturing site.
Founders Zoe Chen & Louis Ching at the Manufacturing facility.
This phase focuses on system integration, build quality checks, and performance verification which is a critical step before the chassis progresses to body integration, demonstration, and real-world trials in Australia.
From concept and engineering to physical assembly, this moment represents months of cross-border collaboration and hands-on work with our manufacturing partners. Seeing the cab chassis standing on the factory floor is a powerful reminder that this project is no longer an idea but a working product.
More updates to come as testing continues and we move closer to on-road deployment.
